got kids? got design on the brain? well ....what do you get when you have a mom that is a talented illustrator, has a baby + her mind drifts during caffeine-fueled days + many sleep deprived nights? a hip company is created. dream caffeine facts: in 2005, jen halski a graphic designer professionally since 1998 -first at the internationally known design boutique 'core', later on her own launches a line of baby and toddler clothing. the line focuses on the positive aspects of pop culture, city life and plain old-fashioned fun. the idea came too when her son was born and she began creating custom iron-on decals to personalize his clothing and the requests started to pour in. why the name dream caffeine? it was inspired by halski's coffee habit, which helped her through those first sleepless months + then gave her the energy to keep up with the bebe. she offers tees, onesies, pants, blankets, posters, note cards, and the iron-ons that started it all . we have the toddler 'bugga chugga' army green thermal top + are proud owners of the bugga chugga, chill ride + madbunne city posters. so cool, the illustrations combine bugs and trains [toddler favorites] to a mad bunny creation that has a hip-hop beat. the dream caffeine line is an incredibly unique gift, particularly for that hard-to-shop-for baby. even the packaging is sure to make you giggle - packaged in silver tea tins with illustrated gift tags. the website is a graphic dream
